Stemming from Al Ajmani's 'Drink Your Medicine' research, the 'Neem Magic' series narrows its featured flora to one focal plant: the neem tree, which is widely known for its multiple uses and medicinal benefits. To Al Ajmani herself, the plant represents more than the uses that one can extract from it, instead reminding her of memories of home and nutured growth. The leaves are pressed onto stoneware clay and shaped by hand into functional ceramicware.
